This project adds two 6-bedroom units to the rear of an existing building with 4-residential units.
The addition contrasts with the existing building and relies on a generous roof terrace to compensate for the narrowness of the lot. The rooms are compact, but all have private bathrooms and large bay windows with integrated privacy screens.
