Projet Pilote Urban Distillery & Bar

This popular bar, micro-brewery and micro-distillery project is unique to Montreal. Located in the borough of Plateau Mont-Royal, the multi-disciplinary project showcases the distillation process and equipment, with the brewing tanks suspended in the space, freeing floor space for customer seating.

With an open floor plan, the inclusion of wood tones and vibrant colors of turquoise and green, the palette embodies the traditional warming effects of spirits with the vibrancy of natural botanicals.
